**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. **Duties:**

- Greet guests and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

- Take food and beverage orders and accurately record them on our POS system.

- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and friendly manner.

- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and provide change as needed.

- Upsell and make recommendations to enhance guests' dining experiences.

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and chairs.

- Provide assistance with reservations and special requests.

- Ensure the restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are fulfilled promptly.

- Offer help and support to guests as needed.

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant and/or winery setting.

- Proven track record in providing excellent customer service.

- Familiarity with cash handling and sales techniques.

- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Nightclub experience is a plus.

- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation is an asset.

- Basic math skills for handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
