Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Servers and Hosts to enhance our farm experiences. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests while showcasing the best of our wine and food offerings.

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $15/hour plus tips
Average earnings: $20-$28/hour

Schedule:

Open Thursday through Sunday, with shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
Flexible scheduling based on your preferences
Commitment to weekend shifts is essential for maintaining high service quality, training, and team camaraderie

Key Responsibilities:

Host:

Greet and seat guests with warm hospitality
Utilize Tock reservation software effectively
Answer phone inquiries and support the service team

Server:

Possess comprehensive knowledge of our wine and food offerings, including our farming and winemaking practices
Utilize Revel POS software to take orders tableside
Ensure that guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the Back-of-House team to achieve shared goals
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Foster a positive team environment as a dependable team player

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a host or server in a restaurant setting
Knowledge of wine and beverages is advantageous
Dependable, hardworking, and open to constructive feedback
Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency
Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
