About Stone Hill Winery:

Stone Hill Winery is America’s Most Storied Winery, founded in 1847 and renowned for its award-winning wines and rich history. As Missouri’s largest grape grower, largest estate winery, most awarded Midwestern winery, and a global contender in fine winemaking, we are seeking a talented Marketing and Events Associate to coordinate and develop unique experiences onsite and assist in elevating our current marketing efforts.

About the Role:

As our Marketing and Events Associate, you will work on event creation and coordination, graphics and brand standards development, and digital strategy implementation, as well as other marketing and winery activities. The role is a mix of hospitality, marketing support, and brand development. This position is perfect for someone who prefers variety in their work and enjoys working collaboratively and individually.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities Include:

Event Coordination (Development, Logistics, Setup, Guest Support)
Implementing Integrated Content Strategy (Supporting Advertising, Blogs, Social, PR)
Graphics Design
Photography
Working with Vice President of Sales and Marketing to Execute on Marketing Strategy

What You’ll Do:

Event Coordination

Assist in the planning and execution of winery events (seasonal celebrations, tastings, private events).
Help team manage off-site events and tastings.

Graphics and Photography

Create graphics for print and digital use (posters, flyers, digital ads, social posts).
Capture high quality photography of events, product shots, and on-site happenings.
Uphold and develop brand voice and standards.

Integrated Content Strategy

Work with team to develop and implement integrated content strategy and calendar.
Support social media strategy through caption writing, hashtag and trend research, posting, and community management.
Identify and coordinate influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and product seeding to expand brand awareness.
Manage and track digital advertising campaigns.
Assist in creation of press releases, newsletters, blogs, and other materials to support integrated campaign.

On-Site Support

Provide occasional on-site support in the tasting room or at events.

What You Bring:

Interest and experience with social media platforms.
Strong photography and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools).
Experience running and optimizing digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
Experience and interest in event coordination or hospitality (working directly with guests).
Passion for storytelling and a knack for creating visually compelling content.
Knowledge of wine (or enthusiasm for learning about wine!).
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with marketing team.
Integrity and a strong work ethic.
