Location: Evergreen Oilfield Solutions – Various Job Sites in Northeastern/Northcentral PA

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with potential for weekends and overtime

Position Overview:

We are looking for Laborers / Roustabouts to support our field operations. These are hands-on, boots-in-the-dirt positions ideal for individuals with oilfield, construction, or heavy labor experience—or those looking to grow into the industry with some training and a good attitude.

Responsibilities:

Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of oilfield equipment and infrastructure
Handle tools, materials, and equipment on site, supporting welders and crew leads
Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, moving materials, and site cleanup
Load and unload equipment, rig up/down job sites
Operate or assist in the operation of telehandlers and manlifts (if qualified)
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times
Communicate with supervisors and co-workers to complete tasks efficiently and safely

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in oilfield construction, mechanical labor, or industrial services
Familiarity with oilfield tools and materials
Experience operating telehandlers, manlifts, or similar heavy equipment
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from job sites (no exceptions)
