Job Description: We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as Part-Time Tasting Room Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests and wine club members during the shift, as well as supporting events and filling in for team members as needed.
Responsibilities:
· Welcome guests to the tasting room and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
· Conduct wine tastings, share knowledge about our wines, and guide guests through the tasting experience
· Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of events hosted at the estate
· Maintain consistent cleanliness and organization of the tasting room area
· Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
· Promote wine club memberships and special promotions
· Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions
· Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience and contribute to a positive team culture
Requirements:
· Previous experience in customer service preferred
· Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
· Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
· Basic wine knowledge is beneficial but not required; training will be provided
· Comfortable standing or walking for 6+ hours, aside from your unpaid 30-minute lunch break
· Tech-savvy with proficiency in using basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
· Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts, including weekends and holidays
· Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
