Page Springs Cellars is a family owned and operated winery and vineyard located in the heart of the Verde Valley, 90 miles north of Phoenix and just minutes from Sedona in Cornville. Our Tasting Room and Bistro offer daily wine tasting and food experiences for our guests on our beautiful grounds overlooking the vineyards. We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic professional to join our Page Springs Cellars family. This is a part-time position offering competitive wages, commissions, incentives, and gratuities. Our tasting room staff are brand ambassadors and are the connection to our guests to our wines.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Enthusiastically greet our guests and create a warm and welcoming environment
- Actively learning about our wine, food, and our story. Passionately engage with our guest to share this information
- Be curious to learn and generous with information
- Provide exceptional service to our guests throughout their entire visit
- Establish and foster lasting relationships with our guests and wine club members
- Promote and sell wine club memberships
- Exemplify teamwork at all times.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, front and back of house, wine room, cellar, administrators, and managers.
- Answer phones and assist in directing guests with answers
- Keep a clean organized, and well stocked work area
- Have awareness to guests needs and the needs of the tasting room
- Assist in side work, silverware, and glass polishing throughout shift
- Stocking, cleaning, full hands, and light lifting
- Willingness and adaptability to effectively use POS. Experience with Commerce7 a plus.

- Computer skills -POS/ Commerce7. MS Word, Excel proficiency a plus, but not required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Able to regularly taste, evaluate and identify wine
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50lbs.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time (8 hours)
- Able to work weekends, special events and holidays as needed
- Food Handler's Certificate required within 30 days of employment
- Arizona Title 4 Liquor certification required within 30 days of employment
- Attend Monthly Company meetings and PSC Education meetings
Pay: $12.15 per hour
