Job Description
Our Tasting Room Attendants provide exceptional customer service by creating enjoyable experiences for our customers while sharing your knowledge of our history, our wines and our hard ciders and spirits. A unique and varied role, Tasting Room Attendants are responsible for providing wine/cider/spirit tastings, handling retail sales, assisting with Wine Club Member activities, answering calls, maintaining stock and over all cleanliness of the tasting room, preparing food as needed and assisting with events. Teamwork, customer service, sales-focused and a great attitude are essential!If you have the skills to become part of our dynamic sales team, we are interested in talking to you.
Requirements
- MUST BE 21 years of age
- Available to work a flexible schedule including some weekdays, most weekends and holidays
- Able to lift and carry 40 pounds
- Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hour per day
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Willing to work as an integral part of a dynamic team
- Customer focused
- Sales driven
- Excellent interpersonal (people) skills
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills
- Previous retail and/or wine industry sales experience a plus
- Supervisory experience a PLUS!

- High school or equivalent

- Previous Sales or Previous Service Industry Experience: 1 year
