Seven Springs Winery is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering a polished, elevated guest experience. The Assistant General Manager will support daily operations, lead and develop staff, and ensure seamless service across all areas of the property.
We’re looking for someone who communicates with confidence, leads with intention, and maintains a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Hospitality and management experience is required.
Pay: Salary job- pay is based on experience
