Bet the Farm Winery, a woman-owned family business, is seeking a candidate for a full-time position starting June 1, 2026. We grow 5 varieties of red grapes in a six-acre vineyard. Our annual case production is approximately 2000 cases and includes still and sparkling wines, barrel-aged reds and tank aged whites and roses.
Summer vineyard work includes shoot positioning, suckering, weed management, and brush hogging headlands and between rows. As harvest approaches, candidate will assist with grape sampling to monitor ripeness. During harvest, the candidate will be involved in all phases: hauling in fruit, crush pad operations, pressing and fermentation activities, as well as some laboratory analyses. Vineyard work includes trellis maintenance and repair, harvest preparation, and preparing the trellis for winter (rolling and securing nets).
Cellar work will include racking, filtration, bottling and sanitation procedures.
