Responsibilities
- Assist with the sanitation and cleaning of production areas, equipment, and packaging lines following HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
- Support the winemaking process, including ingredient handling, fermentation monitoring, and quality checks for wine production
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies
- Participate in packaging operations such as bottling, labeling, capping, and palletizing finished products efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and production spaces to ensure food safety compliance
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment for mechanical issues; assist with basic troubleshooting when needed
- Follow all safety protocols related to food safety, sanitation, and warehouse operations to uphold industry standards
