We are seeking dedicated Tasting Room Associates to join four of our Noisy Water Winery teams! The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by ensuring that customers are served their wine and food products in a comfortable, clean and friendly environment.
Compensation - $12 per hour plus shared tips.
Coverage needed weekly on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Wine knowledge can be taught. Must be 21+ and able to obtain a servers license within 30 days of hire. Must be available during high volume times. When schools are out, we're the busiest (example: weekends, summer, bank holidays)
Must be able to commute to this in person position.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the tasting room, providing exceptional customer service.
- Educate guests on wine selections, enhancing their tasting experience with in-depth wine knowledge.
- Tell the Noisy Water Winery story while upselling wine, food and merchandise.
- Serve wine and food pairings, ensuring an up-leveled dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting rooms interior and exterior.
- Collaborate and communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment.
- Handle food and beverage safely, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Have a sense of urgency while working, keep busy by working on the task list during any down time.
- Be on time.
- Work well on a team and get along with fellow staff members.
- Be emotionally intelligent.
- Create life long customers through excellent customer service and outstanding knowledge.
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
