We’re seeking a guest-focused Front of House team member with wine knowledge, strong POS skills, and proven upselling ability. Works with food running and other tasks as well.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide elevated guest service with wine recommendations
• Upsell wine, bottles, and pairings
• Accurately operate POS and manage transactions
Ideal candidate:
• Wine knowledge or strong interest in learning
• POS experience (Orderport)
• Confident communicator with a sales-minded approach
