TASTING ROOM REPRESENTATIVE
New Clairvaux Vineyard is a dynamic and passionate company and we're looking to add a team oriented individual with an interest in wine. This weekend position is part time.
We are seeking an individual with the following qualities:
- Represents the company and brand professionally, graciously and enthusiastically
- Helpful and accommodating

- Possesses outstanding follow through
- Proficient with POS transactions
- Able to prioritize time-sensitive issues and guests’ needs
- Able to multitask with a wide variety of duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Wine industry experience and/or knowledge preferable
Responsibilities include:
- Provide education of our wine and history of our winery
- Sell wine in the tasting room
- Provide excellent customer service in all guest and Wine Club member interactions.
- Represents our winery with integrity and professionalism
- Ensure accurate point of sale transaction processing
- Ensure careful review of new Wine Club contract agreements
- Assist with Wine Club and other shipments, ensuring proper addressing and delivery
- Assist Tasting Room Manager with administrative tasks
- Assist with coordinating events
- Fulfill phone and eCommerce orders
- Assist with projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.50 per hour
