The Vineyard and Farm Crew at the Farm at Dover Vineyards is primarily responsible for all general farm work including soil preparation and maintenance, planting, harvesting, pruning and general care for grapes and vegetables. In addition, this role may be asked to weedeat, mow, spray, and maintain a range of equipment. As an employ of a small business, the crew should be prepared to operate in a fill in sales capacity as well.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of tractor driving and zero-turn mowing experience
- Basic knowledge of vegetables and grapes
- Interest in learning more about our produce and production
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds
- Ability to operate a smartphone
- Enjoys manual labor and being outdoors!
- Valid Drivers license without points
- Neat, organized, on time and reliable.
Benefits & Pay:
- $20/hour
- 30-50 hrs/week (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00-5:00 PM, with some shifts ending at 3:00 PM)
