Role
This is a full-time Operations Manager role for a highly visible, hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and efficient processes while serving as a welcoming presence for staff and guests.
Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring smooth event execution, maintaining inventory, coordinating with vendors, and optimizing customer experiences with a strong focus on hospitality, professionalism, and solutions-oriented. The role also requires implementing strategies for operational improvement and adhering to industry best practices to uphold the quality standards and reputation of the winery while confidently navigating fast-paced days.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management and organizational skills, with experience in overseeing daily processes and events in a customer-facing or hospitality-driven environment
- Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities for managing teams and liaising with vendors with warmth, clarity, and confidence
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to optimize business operations while maintaining a professional, solutions-oriented demeanor
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to enhance client experience and represent the winery with professionalism and charm
- Knowledge of hospitality or event management is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred with 2–5 years of specific industry experience
- Ability to pivot quickly and support shifting daily priorities with energy, adaptability, and a positive attitude
