Opportunity for Winery Tasting room Associate
Are you passionate about wine and excited to share that passion with others? Our family-owned winery in Fairplay is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Tasting Room Associate to join our team. This role also offers the potential to assist with winemaking for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
Conduct wine tastings and share knowledge about our wines and winemaking process
Create a welcoming, fun, and memorable tasting room experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room
Accurately handle cash and sales transactions
Qualifications:
Genuine love for wine and enthusiasm for sharing it with others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Reliable transportation and current residence in Fairplay or nearby
Previous serving or wine experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Thursday, Friday, Saturday are a must)
