Job Summary
While this is a long term opportunity - this is perfect for a Sommelier that has a night time position or someone that works in wholesale with excellent industry insights and relationships.
Ideal candidate can work Monday - Friday - 2-4 hours per day with great flexibility.
Ideal candidate will consider this extra income - and knows that wages will increase with success.
Wage is limited to start but bonus is available with a strong performance and competency.
We are looking for an experienced wine professional with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to join our team. This person will represent our professional outreach efforts to over 4000 wineries worldwide. Your passion and knowledge of wine, and possible working contacts will serve us well as we hope to build an incredible series of events in 2026.
Duties
- Use our current database of primary clients to notify the industry of our efforts.
- Use tools to expand the list of possible clients.
- Help ensure we are communicating with the correct contact at the wineries.
- Establish a trustworthy relationship with the clients.
- Use a verity of tools and sales efforts to help us fill the needed number of events partners.
- Improve the data on a daily basis
- Grow the total size of the database on a daily basis.
- Help us move our efforts into a CRM product to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze customer data for targeted marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create tailored campaigns that promote product offerings and brand awareness.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Experience
- Fine Wine (Winery) knowledge is desired - focused on premium wine brands.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus (such as Salesforce or similar platforms) for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
- Wine Credentials are a plus

Pay: $25.00 per hour
