Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator, located in Versailles, OH. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and overseeing events from planning to execution. Day-to-day tasks include managing event schedules, coordinating with clients and vendors, arranging logistics, and ensuring events run smoothly. The role also involves supporting customer interactions, enhancing client experiences, and providing creative input for event concepts. Effective communication and sales skills will be key to success in this position.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Event Management experience to effectively oversee and execute events
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and vendors professionally
- Sales experience to promote services and build lasting client relationships
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
- Proficiency with event planning tools and software is a plus
- High school diploma required; a degree in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field is desirable
