Job Summary
King Estate Winery, located just outside of Eugene, is currently seeking an experienced Mechanic. The Mechanic will assist with daily repairs and maintenance as needed. The ideal candidate will need to have the physical ability to reach, push, pull, twist, squat, dissect and troubleshoot in various conditions around the winery and vineyard. Conditions are sometimes wet, dirty and/or not easily accessible. This is a full-time permanent position.
Essential Job Functions
· Provide daily support to the vineyard and estate.
· Inspect vehicles and diagnose problems with engines, electrical systems and other components.
· Conduct work orders in a timely manner
· Assist with repairs and maintenance as directed
· Perform routine maintenance and repairs using a variety of hand and power tools, as well as electronic diagnostic equipment.
· Must have the ability to be highly agile and work in a variety of outdoor conditions
· Must be able to climb ladders and be comfortable in working on or operating heavy machinery
· Must be able to report to the winery daily to perform the duties of this job
· Assist with driving trucks as necessary during and outside of harvest.
Job Requirements
· Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly
· Ability to follow directions
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work overtime if needed
· Excellent attendance
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize as necessary
· Experience working in a mechanic shop preferred
· Current CDL Driver’s license preferred

Pay: $27.35 - $32.93 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
