Position Title: Events Coordinator
Location: On site - Trump Winery in Charlottesville, VA - 15 minutes south of Charlottesville city limits, 20 minutes north of
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, non-exempt. Weekday and Weekend work required, depending on the event schedule. Flexibility is essential.
Wage: $24.00/hr - $26.00/hr, based on experience

Essential Duties
- Plan and execute exceptional events in collaboration with our leadership team
- Lead client communications, venue tours, and event setup
- Manage contracts, vendor coordination, event timelines, and budgets
- Create marketing strategies with our Sales & Marketing team
- Track performance and continually refine the guest experience
- Manage event ticket set up in POS and ecommerce platforms, as well as process payments for client booking and event wine purchases
- Develop print and digital marketing strategies with the Marketing Team
- Execute and review sales goals and strategies in conjunction with the Leadership Team
- Adhere to the department budget and contribute to budget planning
- Utilize AI, CMR tools, and other software platforms as needed
Requirements
- College degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or similar field preferred or equivalent industry experience
- Proven track record of facilitating successful group events
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds, stand on feet for 8+ hours
- General understanding of troubleshooting venue facility operations
- Exceptional communication skills: written and verbal, presentation, coordination, and collaboration
- Must pass a background check and possess a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
