We’re looking for energetic, reliable individuals to join us for grape harvest season at Sterling Valley Vineyard! This is a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, work with a fun team, and be part of the exciting process that brings our wines to life.

Position Details

Job Type: Seasonal (approximately 4-6 weeks)
Schedule: Flexible shifts; primarily mornings and early afternoons (weather dependent)
Location: Sterling Valley Vineyard, Oswego, NY

Responsibilities

Hand-pick grapes during harvest season
Handle fruit with care to maintain quality
Follow vineyard team instructions to ensure efficient and safe harvesting
Assist with carrying and loading bins of grapes

Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Punctual, dependable, and a team player
No prior vineyard experience necessary—training provided!

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
