SALES REPRESENTATIVE - TASTING ROOM

Responsibilities:
- Create an inviting and informative atmosphere in our tasting room, guiding guests through our diverse wine portfolio.
- Develop a deep understanding of our wines and the stories behind them.
- Deliver engaging and educational tasting experiences that leave a lasting impression on our guests.
- Build strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat visits and fostering brand loyalty.
- Successfully close sales and upsell wines/experiences.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Passion for wine and a genuine desire to share that passion with others.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably within the hospitality or retail industry, with a demonstrated ability to close sales and build a loyal customer base.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems.
