Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Develop and regularly update the company's medium- and long-term development strategy, clarifying business priorities and growth paths.
Analyze industry trends, competitor dynamics, and the regulatory environment, and provide forward-looking strategic recommendations.
Business Development and Partnership
Identify and evaluate potential market opportunities and partners.
Lead cross-border/cross-regional strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects.
Drive the company's expansion into emerging markets and new business areas.
Investment and M&A Management
Organize and execute investment, acquisition, and integration projects, including due diligence, negotiation, and transaction structuring.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth project implementation and achieve strategic goals.
Internal Coordination and Strategy Implementation
Communicate with various business departments to drive the implementation of strategic plans into specific business actions.
Monitor the progress of strategic execution, provide regular reports, and recommend adjustments.
Executive Decision Support
Provide professional strategic research and decision-making support reports to the Board of Directors and the President.
Establish a strategic research team to enhance the organization's strategic management capabilities.
Requirements
Education: Master's degree or above, with an MBA, finance, strategic management, or economics preferred. Work Experience: More than 10 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment and mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategic management, or related senior management; successful track records within multinational corporations or large groups are preferred.
Professional Skills:
Solid industry analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
Familiarity with investment, financing, M&A processes, and relevant laws and regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
Overall Qualifications:
Forward-thinking and business insight.
Strong ability to withstand pressure and execute effectively.
Fluent in both Chinese and English (if involved in international business).
