Part-Time Harvest Cellar Hand (weekday mornings)

Native Bloom Winery is a small, hands-on, and passionate winemaking team crafting low-intervention natural wines that celebrate place, care, and craftsmanship. Position Overview
We’re seeking a reliable, hardworking, and curious team member to join us in the cellar, with the potential to work occasionally in the tasting room in the future. This role is ideal for someone who loves both the physical work of winemaking and the human connection of sharing wine with guests.
This is a part-time, seasonal position, starting about end of August–mid November.
Responsibilities
Cellar & Production
- Assist with all winemaking activities: Grape receiving, sorting, processing. Cap management including punchdowns and pump overs.
- Cleaning, sanitizing and maintain tanks, barrels, and equipment to strict cleanliness standards.
- Monitoring fermentations and record cellar activities.
- Move and stack cases, drag hoses, and perform other physical winery tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized cellar.
Tasting Room (as needed/future)
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming tasting experience.
- Share the story of our wines, vineyards, and winemaking approach.
- Assist with events and special tastings.
Qualifications
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfortable with repetitive, physical tasks in varying temperatures.
- Punctual and reliable!!
- Positive and fun attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- Preferred: Experience in a winery, brewery, farm, or other physical production environment.
- Nice to have: Food service or retail experience, basic wine knowledge (WSET Level 1/2 or interest in learning).
