King Estate Winery, located in Eugene Oregon, is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our Culinary Department for our upcoming harvest season. This is a seasonal position that will likely run from September through November. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in all areas of food service and executing this task with the upmost pride and quality. They will be responsible for keeping the kitchen, walk-in coolers and storage spaces clean and sanitized.
Requirements:
· Culinary Experience
· Must be able to prioritize production levels and deadlines.
· Ability to maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
· Flexible work schedule, ability to work all shifts.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Must be ready and able to follow all recipes and take directions.
