About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand campaigns, social media, and digital marketing initiatives. This role is an exciting opportunity to enhance brand awareness, deepen customer engagement, and drive sales through compelling storytelling, innovative campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate is a proactive marketing professional with expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and brand partnerships. This hands-on role requires exceptional storytelling skills, strong project management capabilities, and a passion for customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales.
· Manage and grow Rideau Vineyard’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn), creating compelling content that aligns with brand storytelling and audience interests.
· Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, SEO, and website content, to optimize reach and conversion.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all touchpoints, from tasting room experiences to online engagement.
· Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with hotels, restaurants, businesses, and media outlets, including wine writers and influencers, to expand brand visibility and reach new audiences.
· Analyze marketing performance metrics, generate insights, and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
· Lead content creation efforts to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
Experience & Expertise:
· 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in wine, hospitality, or luxury industries.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· Proven success in digital marketing, social media management, and multi-channel campaigns.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic partnerships.
· Strong content creation skills, including photography, videography, and copywriting.
· Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business, etc.).
· Excellent storytelling, branding, and project management skills.
· Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
· Data-driven mindset with a track record of optimizing marketing strategies.
· Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and strategic vision.
· Highly organized with strong project management skills.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Salary range: $75,000-$90,000 DOE
