SUMMARY: Heritage Auctions is seeking a knowledgeable, driven, and personable Consignment Director of fine and rare Wine to join our team in either New York, Dallas, or Chicago. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with wine collectors, consignors, and industry professionals to bring exceptional wine collections to auction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine wines, strong industry connections, and a sales and consignment success track record.

COMPENSATION: Commensurate based on experience. $100-150K
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate the property and establish auction estimates.
- Acquire consignments through HA and individually generated leads.
- Research, authenticate, and catalog property.
- Proof catalog text and images, press releases, consignment and bidding emails, and advertising copy
- Market lots in auctions to various clients.
- Contribute to the expansion of the client database.
- Answer inquiries before, during, and after the auction.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and review the property for potential consignment.
- Actively participate in auctions and trade shows
