Position:
Domaine Messier is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing and Sales Manager to join our new vineyard and winery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the wine industry, competence in Direct-to-Consumer marketing and sales, and skills in luxury branding. Domaine Messier is located on the coast of Carmel, California and launched its third harvest in 2024. The candidate will begin on a part-time basis with increased responsibilities as we grow our business. This position is based in Carmel.
Responsibilities:
• Help define brand identity.
• Create a marketing/sales strategy that integrates online presence and events.
• Maintain the website.
• Manage customer and wine club experience.
• Curate content for social media platforms.
• Secure press coverage and reviews.
• Plan and execute special events.
• Obtain wine list placement in local restaurants.
• Manage CRM system.
• Provide reports on sales metrics.
• Support leadership to open a local tasting room.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in onology, viticulture, or marketing.
• Work experience in the wine industry or marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for wine.
