JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will work across all tractor operations at the vineyard, previous experience is not necessary but is preferred. Candidate must be bilingual.
- All tractor work – sprays, mowing, cultivation
- o Weekly passes – sprays, mowing, in row cultivation
- o Seeding cover crops
- o Application of compost, lime, etc.
- Keeping spray log; post spray and REI on white boards at both ranches
- Keeping inventory of spray materials
- Operation of tractor in vineyard to collect fruit during harvest
- Mowing and managing cover crops throughout the season
- Tractor – mowing, cultivation, hedging.
- Maintain pesticide applicators license
HOURS: Full-time (40 hours per week).

· Ability to lift/move heavy objects - up to 75 pounds
· Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, year-round
· Must be able to engage in physically active work every day

As a Tractor Driver, you will be integral to our agricultural operations, reporting directly to the Vineyard Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include operating and maintaining farm machinery, ensuring efficient crop production. The role requires core skills in agriculture, along with premium skills such as mechanical knowledge and equipment repair. Bilingual communication will enhance collaboration within our diverse team. Your relevant skills in heavy equipment operation handling will be essential in supporting our vineyard activities and contributing to our overall success.
