**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events to ensure they run smoothly and successfully. **Duties:** - Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, entertainment, and decorations - Collaborate with clients to determine event requirements and expectations - Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated budget - Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and other partners to secure necessary services and resources - Market events through various channels to attract attendees - Negotiate contracts with venues and suppliers - Provide excellent guest services before, during, and after events - Oversee setup, breakdown, and cleanup of events **Experience:** - Proven experience in event planning and management - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Experience in budgeting and fundraising for events - Proficiency in event marketing strategies - Customer service-oriented mindset - Knowledge of events management best practices This is a paid position with competitive compensation.
