PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Host and Entertain: Deliver unforgettable guest experiences that build brand loyalty. Your charm and knowledge will make every visit special.
Share Our Story: Enthusiastically communicate TerraVox’s mission and activities to all guests. Be the friendly face of our winery.
Pour and Promote: Serve wine tastings, flights, and bottles, and promote our amazing wines and merchandise.
Sales and Events: Drive sales, seize event opportunities.
Transaction Management: Handle sales with ease using Square.
Event Setup and Cleanup: Ensure our event spaces look stunning and reflect our modern, vibrant brand.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our team to achieve goals and maintain open communication.

PERFORMANCE SPECS

Develop and host a variety of events, tastings, tours, corporate events, off-site events, and more. Bring your creativity to the table!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be 21 years or older.
High school diploma or GED.
A deep appreciation for wine and the ability to describe its nuances.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Retail sales and customer service experience with a knack for upselling.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Food handling certificate.
Liquor License.
