We are currently seeking new tasting room staff members who want to work pouring wine and work fun events while picking up some additional income every week. We're looking for hardworking, friendly, & organized candidates that would be part of the expanded surge of growth that’s taken place since new ownership took over in 2019.

Hours and days of the week will vary based on the seasons but a monthly schedule is compiled so your schedules will be known in advance.

Primary initial duties:

- GUEST INTERACTIONS

o Greeting, pouring, educating on brand, varietals and history

o Assistance in selecting wines

o Promoting wine club, events, food and other offerings at the winery

o Handling POS transactions, orders and shipments.

- EVENTS

o Assisting event setups and breakdowns

o Promoting and selling tickets to events

o Creating and maintaining and overall professional event feel.

- OPERATIONS

o Understand and follow current operational policies.

o Maintain proper inventory and replace stock as needed

o Maintain an overall professional look and feel of the property

- REQUIRED WORK SCHEDULE

o Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Friendly and outgoing.

- Strong Social Media Skills

- Prior winery and/or hospitality experience helpful.

- Strong communication skills.

- Positive attitude with the ability to make their job fun and rewarding.

- Weekends and holidays are required within the hospitality industry.

- Actively participate in social media posts in regards to all culinary aspects to promote our program.

Part Time Compensation:

- $18-$20/hour plus tips.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 28 per week
