About Shafer Vineyards

Shafer Vineyards is one of Napa Valley's most distinguished hillside estates, renowned for wines of depth, purity, and longevity. Founded in 1972 on the historic slopes of the Stags Leap District—where grapes were first documented in the 1880s—Shafer helped redefine modern Napa Cabernet with its inaugural 1978 vintage. Led by legendary winemaker Elias Fernandez, now in his 42nd vintage, the estate continues to set the global standard for precision, balance, and site-driven excellence from Hillside Select Cabernet Sauvignon to Chardonnay.

Position Summary

The Finance Manager leads financial reporting for the winery and serves as a key point of communication between Shafer Vineyards and its parent company.
