Position Summary:

Prince Michel Winery is seeking dedicated and hardworking Cellar Workers to join our production team! This position plays a key role in supporting wine production operations and maintaining a safe, efficient, and professional cellar and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize tanks, barrels, equipment and workspaces.
Perform racking, filtration, bottling, and punch-downs.
Assist in or perform the accurate fulfillment of wholesale orders each week.
Support harvest operations, including grape processing and sorting.
Assist winemakers with special projects as needed.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements:

Ability to take direction and execute all tasks with care and proficiency.
Willingness to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
Comfortable working in variable temperatures and environments.
Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
A team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
