Part-Time Office Assistant / Customer Service Coordinator

The Cave at Oak Mountain Winery – Temecula, CA

The Cave at Oak Mountain Winery is seeking a highly organized, professional, and dependable Part-Time Office Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations while providing exceptional customer service to our guests, wine club members, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Provide outstanding customer service to guests, wine club members, and vendors
Perform a variety of administrative and office support tasks
Manage filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office organization
Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed on time
Support various departments with administrative projects and special assignments
Monitor and respond to emails promptly and professionally
Assist with reporting, inventory tracking, and other office-related duties as needed
Follow through on assigned projects and ensure completion without constant supervision

Qualifications:

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable
Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks from start to finish
Previous office administration, receptionist, customer service, or administrative assistant experience preferred

Schedule: Approximately 20–30 hours per week (flexible based on business needs)
Pay: Pay will be determined based on qualifications
