Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated wine associate/server to join our Nine Hats team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the wine and food industry, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong background in wine making and retail.

Duties:

- Oversee daily operations of the tasting room

- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction

- Train and supervise tasting room staff

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room area

- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

- Assist in planning and executing special events or banquets

Requirements:

- Previous experience in wine and retail, service, or a related role

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices

- Strong customer service skills with a hospitality mindset

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
