Wine Server and Host Positions

Positions range from $23 - $30 per hour with tips. Up-Country customer service day- time positions available. Reservations and walk in service.

Maui Wine’s Tasting Room is open Tuesday-Sunday from 11a-5p. A typical shift is 10a-6p. Looking to fill a 3 and 4 day a week position that does require weekend availability.

Summary

As a Wine Server and Host at our Tasting Room, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your core skills in customer service and serving, combined with a customized tasting experience, will ensure that our guests receive top-notch service. With a focus on hospitality, unique experiences, and a valid driver's license, you will contribute to the success of our team and help us deliver exceptional service in a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.

Service Duties

Manages table assignments and prepares guest orders that include wine flights, food items, and wine by the glass.
Ongoing learning and sharing of wines and company products
Welcoming and working with experience offerings and events
Assists with all aspects of service, including back-of-the-house organization, preparation, merchandising and cleaning.

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older & a current Maui resident.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Obtain a current Maui Department Liquor Control Certification Card.
Obtain Hawaii Food Handler’s Certification Card
Customer service/Hospitality experience preferred.
Food and Wine experience is valued.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 40lbs and able to stock merchandise and wine and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 – 35 per week
