Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile General Worker to join our team in a dynamic environment focused on the winery industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various operational tasks and maintaining safety standards. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and efficiency while working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to read a measuring tape.
Must NOT be afraid of heights.

Responsibilities

Assist in the production process, ensuring adherence to established recipes and quality standards.
Fabricate and assemble components as needed for production.
Sanitate equipment and work areas to maintain compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP guidelines.
Package finished products for distribution, ensuring proper labeling and presentation.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to move materials and products safely within the facility.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes as necessary.
Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or craft beer production is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety practices is a plus.
Experience operating warehouse equipment, particularly forklifts, is advantageous.
A strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to various tasks as needed.
Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning new techniques in brewing and production processes.

Pay: $16.50 - $16.85 per hour
