The Executive Assistant will assist with the professional and personal affairs of a winery executive based in Napa, CA. The role encompasses a wide variety of business tasks in addition to analyst support and helping with personal tasks.

Anticipated schedule can be flexible, with 3-4 days a week in Napa from Monday to Friday, and occasional work in the Peninsula. The ideal candidate would be open to helping at both locations.

Responsibilities

Administrative tasks, such as sorting and filing documents
Assist with project coordination
Organizing email and physical mail, and responding as needed
Assist with basic financial tracking and investment analysis
Research projects, and preparation of reports or presentations
Scheduling meetings and note taking
Personal tasks, such as ordering and picking up lunch, watering plants, or running errands
Meeting with contractors or vendors
Scheduling travel arrangements for both business and personal travel
Answering phone and returning calls if needed

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years of related job experience
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel. Experience with project management software is a plus
Excellent spoken and written English, with error-free writing
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Must be available to work in-person in Napa, and on occasion in the Peninsula
Experience with investment analysis, tax organization, or financial analysis a plus
Associate’s degree or Bachelor's degree is a plus
