Tasting Room Associate

Location: Hyatt Vineyards, Zillah, WA

Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Overview: Hyatt Vineyards is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tasting Room Associate to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional hospitality to guests, guiding them through wine tastings, and sharing the story of our vineyard and wines. This position offers opportunities for advancement, with additional responsibilities assigned depending on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

• Conduct wine tastings, educate guests on wine profiles, and share the vineyard’s history.

• Assist with wine and merchandise sales, including processing transactions and handling cash.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room and outdoor areas.

• Support winery events and special tastings as needed.

• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned based on experience and growth.

• Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for wine and hospitality (wine knowledge is a plus, but training is provided).

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
