As a Vineyard Pruner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and productivity of our vineyards through effective pruning techniques and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform pruning of grapevines to promote healthy growth and maximize yield.
Assess the condition of vines and identify areas that require trimming or care.
Utilize various tools and equipment for grape trimming and maintenance.
Assist with general vineyard maintenance tasks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and quality results.

Skills

Proficiency in grape care techniques, including pruning and trimming.
Knowledge of growing practices specific to vineyards is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 28 per week
