Good Find Farm is a small, certified organic vegetable farm in Damascus, PA, located four miles outside of Callicoon, NY.

We're seeking a hard working, plant-minded person to join our team as a seasonal farm hand.

Seasonal position : May - October.

Work days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday: 7AM - 5PM; Friday 6AM - 5 PM

Applicants must be able to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday every week May through October.

As a farm hand, you will be an essential part of our small team, contributing to the daily operations of the farm. The work will include seeding, transplanting, weeding, trellising, pruning, rock picking, bed preparation, harvesting, processing and more.

No experience is necessary for this position (you will be trained on the job), but prior experience working on a farm or with plants is a big plus! Please be aware that this is an extremely physical job that requires working long hours in all weather conditions, rain or shine. Candidates must be in good physical health and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Because the farm is located in a very rural area and the work days often begin at daybreak, it's preferable that applicants live within a half-hour drive from the farm. No housing is provided.
