Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Tasting Room Associate to join our team full-time or part-time applicants welcome at our on-site location in Los Olivos, CA. In this role, you will welcome guests, lead wine tastings, assist in explaining wine profiles, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Additional responsibilities include wine sales, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the tasting room, and restocking inventory. You will also foster a welcoming and educational atmosphere and represent Four Brothers Wine's values and mission to every guest.

Qualifications

Strong background in Wine Education and Wine Sales
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
Commitment to delivering outstanding Customer Service
Passion for wine and eagerness to learn about the wine industry
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Flexibility for weekend and holiday work availability
Previous tasting room or hospitality experience is a plus
