Fenton Winery & Brewery is looking to hire an enthusiastic, self-motivated and ambitious Booking and Event Coordinator to join our Event Planning Team. Responsibilities include assisting clients and prospective clients to book, plan, organize, and execute various types of events at Fenton Winery & Brewery. This is a sales position which requires continuous client communication, package presentations, package estimating and maintaining a robust client database. In this position, expect to work as a team to book and execute events and weddings throughout the year.

Fenton Winery & Brewery hosts hundreds of weddings and events per year and we want to add another team member to maintain and grow this substantial part of our business. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, personable, and comfortable with multi-tasking. We are only looking for candidates focused on a career in our industry and who desire to be a part of an amazing team of professionals who share a passion for building a small, community-minded business. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive wages as well as benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance plus 401k with a generous match and profit sharing potential. Schedule will vary weekly to reflect the needs of the company and prospective clients including evening and weekend hours. Having experience with Salesforce CRM software and in the wedding industry would give any candidate an amazing advantage but is not required.
