Job Summary:

We’re seeking a reliable and versatile Culinary Operations Associate to join our small but fast-paced kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable wearing many hats — from food prep and cooking to dishwashing and expediting. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly, efficiently, and with care.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and assist in daily food prep according to recipes and standards
Cook menu items as directed, ensuring quality and consistency
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness standards
Assist in expediting and plating orders during service
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety guidelines
Receive and store deliveries; rotate stock and manage inventory as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required
Comfortable with multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
