Artist Block is a fast-growing, limited-production wine brand in the Dundee Hills AVA, think pop art, great music, wines you can't find anywhere else, the place everyone wants to be, and a membership program that is the beating heart of everything we do. We're building toward 2,000 members and we need the right person to get us there.

This role is not for everyone. Please read carefully before applying.

You will own two numbers: member attrition and lifetime value. You will pull your own data, build your own reports, and make your own decisions. You will also own the full operational backbone of the club, fulfillment, inventory, and ordering so every shipment lands perfectly and beautifully.

You are the right person if:

You have directly managed a wine club or subscription membership program, not supported it, not assisted with it, managed it and you can speak to specific retention and growth outcomes from that role
You are fluent in data. Shopify, Klaviyo, Excel or Google Sheets are tools you reach for instinctively, not reluctantly
You think in systems and solve problems before they become fires
You understand that hospitality and performance are not opposites
You want to be paid for what you build not just what you show up for

Please do not apply if:

You have never managed a membership or subscription program end-to-end
You are not comfortable pulling and interpreting data independently
You are looking for a role where someone else defines the problems for you

This role grows with the company. The person who helps us get to 2,000 members will be compensated accordingly, that commitment is in writing.

Compensation: $60–80k+ based on performance and experience with a transparent quarterly bonus structure tied directly to the metrics you own. Plus PTO, health insurance stipend, and OregonSaves 401(k). This salary grows as the club grows and we mean that with real numbers. At 2,000 members, we estimate this role's total compensation at approximately $130k. We're not looking for someone to fill a seat. We're looking for someone who wants to build this reality with us.
