Aaron Wines has been crafting wines since 2002, beginning with Aaron's first vintage of Petite Sirah. In 2012, Aaron expanded production to include aromatic white wines, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir from the San Luis Obispo Coast AVA, allowing us to tell the story of and showcase the very best of our homeland, the Central Coast.

Today, we are a 3,500-case production winery in the heart of Tin City in Paso Robles. Our team works together to put out some of the best wines our region has to offer. Every team member is part of a small, dedicated operation that values exceptional hospitality, wine education, and creating memorable guest experiences.

We are looking for a part-time employeeto join our fun and hardworking tasting room team. This role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality and is excited to contribute to brand visibility, customer engagement, storytelling, and the behind-the-scenes operations that help a small winery thrive.Our tasting room is open 7 days a week from 11am-5:30pm. This position will begin at 3-4 days a week, with weekend and holiday availability expected.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

o Show up each day stoked and ready to pour wine while creating positive interactions with guests!

o Develop an in-depth knowledge of our wines, winemaking philosophy, story, vision, and brand.

o Be professional, detail-oriented, and serious about the wines we make while still being awesome.

o Present and pour wines with genuine enthusiasm, creating memorable experiences for every guest.

o Work independently, exercise good judgment, and make sound decisions.

o Build lasting relationships with guests and customers through in-person tastings, phone conversations, and text communication.

o Collaborate with the team to achieve tasting room metrics and sales goals.

o Become proficient in our POS and reservation systems.

o Assist with additional tasting room responsibilities, including wine order fulfillment, tasting room maintenance, organization, and inventory management. Experience with inventory management or stock organization is a plus.

o Creative thinkers who enjoy contributing ideas for guest experiences, marketing initiatives, and brand storytelling are encouraged to apply.

o Must be able to lift 40lbs.

COMPENSATION: $22/hr-$24/hr + sales commissions.
