This is an exciting role where you will engage with people from all walks of life and show them just how fun it is to taste our wine and join our wine club family! YOUR WORKDAY

-prepping the wines for tasting that day & reviewing their tasting notes/origin stories

-prepping the tasting room so that it meets the quality standards expected by our guests

-welcoming customers and inviting them to taste wines from our current wine list

-leading customers through the tasting while discussing the benefits of joining our wine club

-closing the sale with the aim of selling bottles and signing up new club members

-assisting the team with glass turnaround and setup for scheduled tasting reservations

-assisting with the closing tasks required to make sure the winery is ready for the next day

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18+ years of age
Must provide proof of United States' work authorization
Must obtain TABC & Food Handlers Certificates once hired
Capable of standing and walking for long periods of time
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Able to work a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays & occasional special events
Must be available on Saturdays (available to work at least 3 per month)
Must work wine club party Sundays (once every 3 months)
Must have reliable transportation to and from the winery
A background check during the hiring process

YOUR PAY

Base of $15 per hour plus commissions and wine club sign up bonuses

On average, you will make $30-$40 per hour when you sell. There is ample opportunity to make more, the more you sell, the more you make.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
