July 8, 2025 — Augment your winemaking toolkit with a certificate in viticulture. Available now with classes starting this fall is UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education’s new, online Viticulture Certificate Program.
The four-course program provides in-depth viticulture knowledge for wine grape production to help you shape wine from the ground up. Whether you’re currently working in the wine industry or aspire to, this certificate program can help you understand how grape chemistry affects wine, elevate your decision making and build stronger grower and supplier relationships.
The program combines the expertise of the Department of Viticulture and Enology at UC Davis and UC Cooperative Extension Farm Advisors with the practical knowledge and experience of industry experts.
