September 3, 2026 (Paso Robles, CA) — Applications are now open for the 2026–2027 FLOurish Program, a fully funded, virtual leadership development program for early- and mid-career women working across the wine and spirits industry. The program is designed for women who are ready to grow their confidence, build meaningful industry relationships, and take a more intentional next step in their careers.
The upcoming cohort will include at least 15 participants from across the U.S. and beyond, representing a wide range of roles, companies, and career paths within wine and spirits. Now entering its sixth cohort year, FLOurish has graduated more than 100 women, positively impacted 80 employers, administered and reviewed more than 100 personality assessments, and delivered nearly 500 one-on-one coaching sessions.
A Partnership for Professional Development
“FLOurish has grown into something really special,” said Co-Creator and Dream Big Darling Founder Amanda W. Higgins. “At its heart, this program is about meeting women where they are, helping them better understand their strengths, and surrounding them with the coaching, mentorship, and community that can support meaningful professional growth.”
FLOurish was founded in 2020 by Higgins and Rona Millinger, founder of The Millinger Group, to honor the legacy of Florence Pramberger — affectionately known as the “FLOMeister” — an industry leader with a gift for spotting and nurturing talent. “Each year, we see participants gain clarity, confidence, and momentum,” said Millinger. “They make meaningful career moves, grow as leaders, and continue supporting one another long after the program ends. That ripple effect is exactly why FLOurish exists.”
The virtual program combines individualized coaching with peer connection, mentorship, and practical leadership development. Participants can expect:
- A unique personality assessment and individual debrief to help participants identify natural strengths and areas of focus.
- Tailored one-on-one coaching sessions with experienced leadership coaches.
- Peer mentoring and cohort networking designed to build trust, accountability, and lasting professional relationships.
- Industry mentoring and technical skill-building focused on practical tools for continued career growth.
